These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rooking platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All game rules, promotional terms, and policies published on the Platform form part of these Terms by reference.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
a. “Rooking”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means the operator of the Platform.
b. “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person accessing or using the Platform.

5. Account Registration and Security
5.1 Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information.
5.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
a. Maintaining account security;
b. All activity under your Account;
c. Notifying unauthorized use.
5.3 Multiple Accounts
Only one Account per User is permitted. Violations may result in termination.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
All Deposits are final and non-refundable.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to:
a. Completion of Wagering Requirements;
b. Successful verification;
c. Compliance with fraud and AML checks.
6.3 Limits
Unless stated otherwise, maximum Withdrawal is 100× the most recent Deposit.
6.4 Company Rights
The Company may:
a. Delay or refuse Withdrawals;
b. Reverse transactions due to error or fraud;
c. Apply processing fees.
6.5 Source of Funds
You confirm all funds are lawful and owned by you.
6A. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
6A.1 Prohibition of Chargebacks
By making a Deposit, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and irrevocable. You agree not to initiate or attempt any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your payment provider except in cases of proven unauthorized use.
6A.2 Unauthorized Disputes
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without valid legal basis:
a. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account;
b. Any winnings, bonuses, or Account balances may be voided or confiscated;c. The disputed amount, together with any applicable fees, administrative costs, and recovery expenses, shall be deemed a debt owed by the User to the Company.
6A.3 Recovery Rights
The Company reserves the right to:
a. Recover outstanding amounts through any lawful means;
b. Engage third-party collection agencies;
c. Offset any disputed amounts against current or future Account balances.
6A.4 Fraud Prevention
The Company may record and share relevant information with payment providers, financial institutions, and fraud prevention agencies where chargeback abuse or suspected fraud is identified.
6A.5 Account Restrictions
Users who initiate chargebacks may be permanently restricted from using the Platform and any related services.
7. Promotions and Bonuses
7.1 Conditions
All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
7.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
a. Use multiple Accounts;
b. Collude with others;
c. Exploit promotions or system errors.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
Includes:
a. Low-risk or arbitrage betting;
b. Exploiting system loopholes
c. Circumventing restrictions.
7.4 Enforcement
The Company may:
a. Cancel promotions;
b. Void winnings;
c. Suspend or terminate Accounts.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
a. Hack, manipulate, or interfere with the Platform;
b. Use bots, scripts, or automation;
c. Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
d. Use VPNs or tools to bypass restrictions;
e. Engage in fraud or illegal activity.
The Company may void bets, confiscate funds, and terminate Accounts.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is owned or licensed by the Company.
No content may be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
A limited, non-transferable license is granted for personal use only.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
10.1 Service Basis
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
10.2 No Warranty
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10.3 Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the User in the preceding three (3) months.
11. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate any Account where:
a. Terms are breached;
b. Fraud or abuse is suspected;
c. False information is provided.
The Company may void winnings and confiscate funds.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against all claims, losses, and damages arising from:
a. Breach of these Terms;
b. Unlawful conduct;
c. Misuse of the Platform.
13. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Information may be disclosed for compliance, fraud prevention, and security.
14. Modifications
The Company may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under the Curaçao licensing jurisdiction.
Disputes may be resolved through the relevant regulatory authority or arbitration where applicable.
16. Miscellaneous
a. Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms;
b. These Terms constitute the entire agreement;
c. Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
17. Final Confirmation
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
